The Office

Marcia Gomez – Office Manager
Marcia joined Cotels in its infancy in 1998, helping grow the company to what it is today. Marcia over sees the daily running of the business to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects and also deals with the marketing and financial side of the business. Marcia can also assist with reservation enquiries and bookings and can be contacted on marcia@cotels.co.uk

Suzanne Cooper – Reservations & Viewings 
Suzanne has also been employed for some time and is the main contact for reservations, general enquiries, arranging viewings and dealing with customer service queries. Suzanne is generally on hand to assist our guests in any way possible and can be contacted on suzanne@cotels.co.uk

Both Marcia and Suzanne have extensive local knowledge, so can assist in finding the right apartment for you, in the most suitable location, at the right price.

Our House-Maids

Our friendly and trust worthy team of house-maids are all directly employed by Cotels and are dedicated to providing the highest quality and standards when servicing and preparing the apartments. 
 
Our house-maids are always on hand if you would like extra towels, or if you have any queries in general and can easily be spotted by their black and maroon Cotels tabards!

Our Maintenance Engineer

Jody Willers
Jody has been assisting Cotels for many years with the maintenance, repair and general up keep of all our apartments, to ensure they are kept in top condition.

Jody is supported by the many local plumbers, electricians and other engineers we closely work with, so that any unforeseen maintenance requirements can be dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
